By 2030 we’re targeting:

  • 1,000 schools with 1.2m rural, regional and remote students (y9-12) using the tools
  • 10,000 people seeking to transition from the defense force, professional sport or return to work using the tools
  • 50,000 students per annum graduating with validated digital credentials with credit into higher education or workforce
  • 40,000 Indigenous Australians having their traditional wisdom recognised and preserved against human capabilities linked to formal qualifications
  • 20,000 students ‘cashing-in’ experience and informal learning through credentials leading to diploma or postgraduate degrees that allow open access to further learning and improved careers

Specialising in building teams and growing businesses, I am passionate about creating inclusive cultures where people are able to bring their whole self to work and fulfil their full potential. I co-founded Everitas, partnering with Credly, the leader in the digital credential movement, to deliver digital credential solutions across the Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Everitas, I held a series of Executive HR roles with the NSW Education and NSW Health, Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, Red Cross, and Global Medical Solutions (UAE).

Since 1998 my research has led to a number of EdTech and TalentTech start-ups that have obtained commercial success and global awards.

Prior to his current role, Mark was Co-Founder and Executive Director of the highly successful South East Asian Internet TV Subscription Service iflix Limited; and prior to this, CEO of digital media company and Nine Network subsidiary, Nine Digital. Uri Levitsky

During her extensive career in the Vocational Education and Training sector, she has specialized in training and assessment practices to ensure the quality and integrity of outcomes. Elaine has also brought her delivery coordination skills to Capability Co working with our clients to ensure seamless delivery of all training methods.

Elaine has also developed learning resources, assessment tools and conducted internal audits to ensure the highest standards for every participant.

Dr Tim Parsons

Dr Tim Parsons is an experienced and passionate tech exec with board-level, C-suite and front-line experience in corporates, scale-ups, startups, R&D organisations and not-for-profits. He’s been agency-side running tech- and product-innovation teams, and client-side building massive-scale B2C and B2B products and services.

Tim has produced documentary films with companies such as the BBC, as well as conferences, hackathons, accelerator programs, and strategic growth and co-design workshops. Today, Tim is focused on the intersectional growth of Australia’s space industry as chair of the Space Industry Association of Australia and of SmartSatCRC’s Aurora Space Startups Cluster.

Tim holds a BSC in Computer Science and Applied Maths from Sydney University, a BEeng in Aeronautical Engineering and a PhD in Rarefied Hypersonic Flow Simulation from Imperial College, London. He is married with two children.

I have 30 years experience in both Tactical and Strategic applications of Applied Innovation and have been certified as a Chief innovation officer and Innovation professional by the worlds leading body in relation to Innovation GInI (Global Innovation Institute), and, as a Specialist in the Human Capability Standards.
