How it works

Assure

We work with the programs, roles and frameworks you already have, and assure them against the Working Futures™ Human Capability Standards, the only levelled, verified human capability standard in the world.

Verify

Individual evidence of demonstrated capability is verified through formal, evidence-based assessment, matched to the program or role level it sits within.

Credentials

Capability Co credentials are issued: portable, shareable via Credly, and credit-bearing with our 13 university and pathway partners

Qualifications

Credentials can stack toward a full qualification with Torrens University Australia. Eight Foundation credentials recognised into a Diploma of Applied Management; four Advanced credentials recognised into a Graduate Certificate of Applied Management.
