Human Capability Credentials are a common currency for human capability: portable across sectors, stackable, and connected to formal education. Credentials are verified record of capability demonstrated at work and can lead to a Torrens University qualification, can count toward credit at other Australian universities, and is already valued by many of Australia’s largest employers 

Qualifications 

Capability.Co Human Capability Credential holders may be eligible to apply for admission to a Torrens University Australia applied management qualification and to have their prior learning considered for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). 

University Credit 

Credentials can count toward credit at a growing network of Australian university partners. 

VET Pathways

Torrens University Australia Qualifications 

Capability.Co Human Capability Credential holders may be eligible to apply for admission to a Torrens University Australia applied management qualification and to have their prior learning considered for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). 

Diploma of Applied Management  

Capability.Co participants who have earned 8 Foundation Human Capability Credentials may be eligible to apply for admission and have relevant prior learning considered for RPL towards the Diploma of Applied Management. 

Graduate Certificate of Applied Management 

Capability.Co participants who have earned 4 Advanced Leadership Human Capability Credentials may be eligible to apply for admission and have relevant prior learning considered for RPL towards the Graduate Certificate of Applied Management. 

Recognition of Prior Learning is not automatic or guaranteed. Admission and RPL are determined by Torrens University Australia in accordance with the University’s current admission requirements, course rules, Credit Policy and RPL procedures. Credit is granted only where the evidence provided demonstrates achievement of the relevant learning outcomes and academic requirements.

University Credit

Human Capability Credentials can count toward credit at a growing network of Australian universities. This is what makes the credential a genuine common currency: capability recognised once by Capability.Co is portable across a national higher education network, not locked to a single institution. Arrangements vary by institution and by program.

VET Pathways

Capability.Co is developing pathways that connect Human Capability Credentials to vocational qualifications, recognising capability built at work against nationally recognised VET units and qualifications.

Capability.Co is building formal recognition arrangements with industry bodies and professional associations, so a Human Capability Credential can count toward membership status, continuing professional development, or accreditation requirements.
